Versailles panels
The French court pattern, assembled tongue-and-groove with no glue. Panels 102 × 102 cm or 70 × 70 cm, 15 or 20 mm thick.
Raw white French oak from mature trees in northeastern France, hand-finished in Belgium, in five collections from smooth and modern to painted and fully reclaimed in character, plus parquet, stairs and wall cladding. Choose a finish below, then see it in a photo of your own room before anything is ordered.
Every range comes in solid French oak or a semi-solid engineered version that is suitable over radiant underfloor heating. Boards are laid in a mix of widths for the warm, old-house look.
All three parquet patterns come in the aged ranges: Chambord, Chateau, Roubaix and Thil. The same boards can dress a staircase or line a wall and ceiling.

Board ends cut at 45°, the Haussmann-era Paris apartment classic.

Square-cut boards that form a broken line, typical of old Brussels apartments.

Treads and risers in the same oak, for a thick solid-step look or to dress up a simple stair.

The floorboards carried up the wall or across the ceiling.

Reproductions of old painted floors in White, Grey or Black, with a semi-matte wax-oil finish.
These floors have gone into Balmain boutiques worldwide, the Dior and Yves Saint Laurent shows in Paris, Galeries Lafayette, Hotel Relais Christine in Paris, Le Saint Roch in Courchevel and Le Pain Quotidien. Merlan's Tile installs them here in Central Texas.
Take a photo of the room with as much of the floor showing as you can, upload it, pick a finish above, and we will lay that oak into your photo. It takes about 20 seconds. The preview is a guide to color and character; we bring real samples before you decide.
